2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

a) Information You Provide Directly: Name and email address (for account registration); family member names and profiles; events, tasks, notes, and announcements you create; photos and files you upload to Family Memories; any messages or content submitted through the platform.

b) Information Collected Automatically: IP address and browser/device type; pages visited and features used (usage analytics); login timestamps and session data; cookies and similar tracking technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: provide, operate, and improve the FampoApp platform; authenticate your identity and maintain your account; send you service-related notifications (e.g., event reminders via WhatsApp/email); respond to your support requests; comply with legal obligations. We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on servers within compliant cloud infrastructure. Photos and files are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only. While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your login credentials private.

5. Third-Party Services

FampoApp uses the following third-party services that may process your data: Supabase – database, authentication, and file storage; Vercel – web hosting and deployment; Brevo – transactional email delivery; Twilio / WhatsApp – notification delivery (if enabled). Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have: right to access your personal data; right to correct inaccurate data; right to delete your account and associated data; right to data portability; right to withdraw consent at any time. 7. Children's Privacy

FampoApp is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Family members' profiles (including children) may be created by adult account holders, but children do not have direct access to the platform.

8. International Users

FampoApp is operated from Canada and may serve users worldwide. By using the platform, you consent to your data being processed in Canada and other countries where our service providers operate, in accordance with applicable data protection laws including PIPEDA (Canada), GDPR (EU), and applicable Indian data protection regulations.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing legal@aisol-itservices.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of FampoApp after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
