Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using FampoApp. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FampoApp.
By creating an account or using FampoApp at fampoapp.com, you confirm that: you are at least 18 years old; you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms; you will use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws.
FampoApp is a private family coordination platform that allows families to: create and manage family events and calendar entries; organize personal and shared task lists; share announcements within the family; store and view family memories and photos; manage family notes and important information. FampoApp is designed for personal, non-commercial family use.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@aisol-itservices.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to FampoApp ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You agree NOT to upload or share content that: is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive; violates the privacy or rights of others; contains viruses or malicious code; infringes any intellectual property rights.
You agree to use FampoApp only for lawful, personal family purposes. You may NOT: use the platform for commercial purposes without written permission; attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service; share your account credentials with people outside your family; use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform.
All intellectual property rights in FampoApp – including the name, logo, design, code, features, and content created by us – are owned by AISOL IT Services Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of FampoApp without our prior written consent.
FampoApp currently offers a free plan during its development phase. Paid plans may be introduced in the future. You will be notified of any pricing changes with at least 30 days notice before they take effect.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you: violate these Terms; engage in abusive or harmful behaviour; provide false registration information. You may delete your account at any time by contacting legal@aisol-itservices.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
FampoApp is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AISOL IT Services Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of FampoApp, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users outside Canada, local laws may also apply.
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of FampoApp after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
